What should my child wear for photos?
If you would like your child/ren photographed in specific clothes please send them to kindy with a spare t-shirt on top to keep their photo clothes clean. We will take this off before photographing them. We may be photographingyour child after morningtea or lunch and we can't wipe juicywatermelonor sticky yogurt off clothing, no matter how hard we try :)
Tops that are light-coloured or bright-coloured are best. Tops with large graphics, logos, or text do not always photograph well. You can also think about a top that makes your child's eye colour pop!
Sibling Photos
IMPORTANT!: If you have siblings attending the centre who are not scheduled on the same day OR siblings with different last names please let us know and we will schedule them on the same day.
Due to very tight schedules and needing to photograph many children in a short time, we do not photograph children/siblings who do not attend the centre.
What time will my child be photographed?
We are generally at childcare centres from 8am - 12pm and kindergartens from 9am-11:30am. We will photograph children at some point during this time depending on centre routines, staff rations and children's nap and eating times. We cannot give you a specific time that your child will be photographed. If your child is leaving the centre early, please let us know.
We often find children are much happier being photographed once they have had a little time to settle in after being dropped off for the day. This is especially true if your child is a little sad to say goodbye when they are dropped off in the morning. Please don't worry. We will photograph them later in the morning once they have settled in and are happy for the day.
My child was absent on photo day
If children are away on their scheduled day pleasecontact usas soon as possible. We will do our best to photograph them on a different day while we are at your centre. If they missed their day, and are not schedule to attend the centre while we are there, you are welcome to bring them in for photos on a different day if they are well.

When will my photos be ready?
Photos will be ready to view/order around 4-6 weeks after photo day. All ordering is done online via your individual photo gallery. If you have registered, you will receive an email/SMS with your individual password as soon as your photos are ready. Galleries will remain open for 2 weeks.
Individual prints start from $28. Packages including a print of you child and a group/class print start at $45. Digital files, premium canvas, acrylic prints and framed prints are also available. ? Payment plans are available.
When will my order be ready
Digital files are available to download as soon as your payment has been processed.
All printed products will be delivered to your centre? within 4 weeks of orders closing.
